《Sonnet 20》道出除了美少男如女人的俊美，造物者多給予的愛情絆腳石，即是愛慕者的性別，點出同性戀或是異性戀的探討和無解；《Sonnet 21》則看似比較自己與其他人的寫作，表達自己的情詩裡沒有妝點，盡是赤誠的愛戀。
